El Swefy Law Firm is delighted to announce the promotion of three of its senior lawyers to partnership from 1st January 2024. The new partners are
- Dr Hazem Barakat who has more than 14 years experience working closely with clients and supporting them on maritime and commercial litigation matters as well as commercial contract reviews
- Dr Ahmed Maher with his extensive experience in numerous fields including major projects and ship building contracts and ship finance, trademark and IP litigation.
- Mr Ahmed Abu Shanab whose main areas of experience is complex insurance and criminal litigation.
To meet the expansion of the firm, El Swefy & Partners will move to new more spacious offices located in the heart of the old district of Al Attarin in Alexandria at 23 Sidi Al Metwaly st. , and the title of the firm will change to “ El Swefy & Partners”.
We will continue to provide our clients with first class legal services in accordance with the principles established and continued to be implemented by the founder of the firm, Ashraf El Swefy, and which he has continually delivered to our clients through the forty seven years of his experience and practice, and Mr Ahmed El Swefy with his extensive experience in dealing with major causalities and complex cases.
