Ahmed is a senior associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Alexandria and Cairo. He has joined the firm in August 2009. Ahmed is specialized mainly in employment and commercial disputes.

Representative Legal Matters:

  • Marine pollution incidents involving a number of tankers owned by an Egyptian tanker owner.
  • Attending to the arrest and subsequent legal disputes involving a high speed ferry in Hurgada.
  • Attending to the arrest and lifting of arrest and settlement of claims resulting out of the damage of an oil pipeline by a tanker in one of the red sea ports.
  • Attends to numerous court actions established by seamen against shipping companies.
